The 17th National Teachers’ Recruitment Circular (NTRCA) has been released by the Education Ministry. The NTRCA is published annually and provides information about current job opportunities in all sectors of education. The circular includes detailed descriptions of all existing teaching positions as well as new vacancies that have arisen since the last circular was published.

17th NTRCA Teachers Circular Notice 2023
The National Teachers Registration Council of India (NTRCA) is organising the National Teacher Recruitment Drive from 01st February, 2023 to 31st March, 2023.
The online application for the recruitment drive will be available from 01st February, 2023. The last date for submitting online applications is 06th March, 2023.
Eligible candidates can apply by filling up the online application form and uploading the necessary documents. Eligible candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution. The age limit for applying is 35 years as on 01st January, 2023.
Candidates who are willing to teach in rural schools will be preferred over those who are willing to teach in urban schools. However, both categories of candidates will be considered if their qualifications and experience match the requirement of the school where they wish to teach.
The selection process of eligible candidates will be based on their performance in an entrance test which will be held at various centres across the country between 07th April and 04th May, 2023. Candidates who qualify in the entrance test will then be selected based on their merit score and other Qualifications such as teaching experience etc
17th NTRCA Syllabus 2023 for Written & MCQ
The National Teacher Registration and Cadre Commission (NTRCA) has released the 2023 written and MCQ syllabus for all its teacher training courses.
The syllabus has been updated to align with the new National Curriculum, which was introduced in September 2018. The syllabus covers subjects such as mathematics, language arts, science, social studies and physical education.
The written exam will be conducted in May 2023 while the MCQ exam will be held in September 2023. Candidates who wish to enroll for a teacher training course must first pass the written and MCQ exams.

The National Teachers Registry of India (NTRCA) has released the syllabus for School Level 2023. The syllabus covers subjects like Mathematics, English, Hindi, Indian Culture and History, Science, Social Studies and more.
17th NTRCA Syllabus for School 2 Level
The National Teachers Registration Council (NTRCA) has released the syllabus for School 2 Level. The syllabus covers subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, History and Civics.
The NTRCA has also released a Teacher’s Circular Notice which explains some of the changes that will be made to the syllabus from 2018. These changes include adding new topics such as Geography and Culinary Arts, as well as revising some of the existing topics.
The NTRCA is encouraging teachers to get familiar with the syllabus before the start of school in September 2017 so that they can provide quality education to their students.
17th NTRCA Syllabus for Collage Level
The National Textile and Apparel Research Centre (NTRCA) is one of the leading textile research institutes in the country. The NTRCA offers a collage level course – “Textile design and manufacturing” – which is currently being offered at various institutions across the country.
The syllabus for this course covers a broad range of topics, including garment construction, patterns and prints, draping and finishing techniques, as well as global trends in textile design. In addition to classroom instruction, students are expected to undertake a number of practical projects during their time at the NTRCA.

Government of India has issued a circular in PDF format with the below mentioned details. The circular is to be circulated among all the NTRCA (National Teacher Recruitment Authority) registered portals.
The circular contains following details:
1. Eligibility Criteria for Teachers Registration under NTRCA
2. Declaration of Interests and Financial Status of Candidates
3. Submission of Online Application Form by Candidates
4. Payment of Application Fee by Candidates
5. Proof of Identity and Character for All Candidates
6. Date for Submission of Online Application Forms as per Circular
The eligibility criterion for teachers registration under NTRCA is as follows: 1) Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in any field with at least 50% marks or its equivalent in an approved subject; OR 2) Pass the qualifying examination prescribed by the respective State Government/UT Administration/University Grants Commission (UGC) as per rules made thereunder with not less than 45% marks, including credit towards professional experience in teaching/training children; OR 3) Hold an equivalent qualification obtained after undergoing a course corresponding to a Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 50% marks, or its equivalent in an approved subject, having been taught for not less than three years continuously or 120 days during the last one year, whichever is more; OR 4) Be registered as a teacher with the state government education department or any other similar authority
Application Process | How to Apply NTRCA Circular 2023 Online
The National Teacher Recruitment Circular (NTRCA) 2023 is now online and available to apply. The application process can be completed online by visiting the website, www.ntrca.gov.in. Applicants need to create an account and register before submitting an application. Once registered, applicants can access the application form by clicking on the ‘Apply Now’ button at the top of the home page.
Applicants must have a valid email address and a current password to complete the application process. To complete the application form, applicants must provide their name, gender, age group (for general/OBC candidates), postal code, educational qualification(s) and expected start date for appointment in a school/college in India. All other required information can be found on the application form or on www.ntrca.gov.in
Candidates are advised to read all instructions carefully before starting the application process as there are specific requirements that need to be met in order to submit an application successfully. In addition, it is important to note that no applications will be accepted after March 31st 2019 .
Once submitted, all applications will be reviewed and only those meeting all criteria will be considered for processing into an online system which allows submission of detailed profiles of each candidate as part of their online application package
NTRCA Application Fee Payment Method
The new NTRCA application fee payment method is online. To make the payment, applicants need to visit the website of the National Testing and Research Centre (NTRCA) and follow the on-screen instructions. The payment can be made in two ways: by bank transfer or through a debit/credit card.
Applicants who choose to pay by bank transfer should send their payment via email to ntrca@ntrca.gov.in with the subject line ‘Application Fee Payment.’ Applicants who choose to pay through a debit/credit card should visit www.ntrca.gov.in, enter their account number and PIN, and follow the on-screen instructions.
17th NTRCA Result Published Date 2023
The NTRCA (Non-government Teachers Registration and Certification Authority) is the national assessment system in Bangladesh. The NTRCA was developed to provide consistent and reliable assessment results for teachers in college and school.
The Ministry of Education has directed the NTRCA to publish the result as early as possible. With the order of Dr. Dipu Moni the authority has declared the 17th NTRCA Result Published Date 2023.
The NTRCA Results Publication Date 2023 has been announced. The NTRCA Results Publication Date 2023 will be on 31st August, 2023.
On 31st August the Authority has published the result on their official website ntrca.gov.bd. Candidates can check and download 17th NTRCA result pdf online.
